The City of Mound provides water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater services. City utility bills are billed quarterly for residential and multi-family accounts and monthly for commercial accounts. Sewer bills are based on water consumption.

Registered users can enable Autopay, go paperless, view up to 24 months of billing history, and get email/text payment confirmations. 

Rates & Recycling
The City of Mound's 2026 Utility Rates. The City also contracts with Republic Services to provide recycling services to Mound residential properties. 

Billing Cycles
Bills are due on the 15th of the following month.
North Mound (Three Point/Dutch Lake/Post Office Area)

• Billed in March, June, September, and December

Middle Mound (Highlands/Bartlett Area)

• Billed in January, April, July, and October

South Mound (Island Park Area)

• Billed in February, May, August, and November
