The City of Mound commissions, boards, and advisory bodies do important work - and they are most effective when they are represented by community members who care deeply. 

Whether you care about parks, public safety, housing, the arts, or how your neighborhood grows and changes, there's a place for your perspective here. Commission members help guide city decisions, review proposals, and bring the community's voice directly into local government. 

We're actively seeking residents from all backgrounds, neighborhoods, and walks of life.

What to expect: Commissioners typically meet once or twice a month, review materials in advance, and work alongside City Staff and fellow community members. 

Who can apply: Any resident who lives within city limits is encouraged to apply.
