Department Overview
The Administrative Services & Finance Department serves as the operational backbone of the City, bringing together financial management, legal recordkeeping, election administration, and public communication functions that keep the City of Mound running smoothly and transparently. 

Finance Department
The Finance Department provides financial management and oversees all financial activity.  This includes budget coordination, debt management, revenue collection, disbursements, payroll, general accounting, and maintaining the City's investment portfolio and insurance coverage.

City Clerk/Administrative Services Department
The City Clerk/Administrative Services Department performs the City Clerk and Docks Administration functions.
City Clerk functions include Business Licenses & Permits, Elections, and Public Data Requests.
