Construction continues on the City's Water Treatment Infrastructure

• Week of July 6: 
  • The contractor will do necessary hydrant flushing and water quality testing on the new line along Surfside Park. This may cause water discoloration, a notice via RAVE and social media is scheduled for Sunday, July 5th.
  • Stage 2 construction is in full swing, with the placement of temporary water and site preparation for digging. More ‘One Way’ signs will also be added to Commerce.
  • Clean up and temporary road patching will begin in Stage 3, along Commerce Blvd. in front of Surfside Park, ahead of Spirit of the Lakes. Detours will be removed from Westedge Boulevard on July 15th, once Commerce Blvd. is open again.
  • Project completion in Stage 4 continues with curb replacement and turf repairs.
